【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsforcoldrollingmillsforflatproducts(coiledorasheavyplates)asdefinedin3.1.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttocoldrollingmillsforflatproducts.Itdealsnotonlywithcircumstanceswherethemachineryisusedasintended,butalsoincludesotherconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer,suchasforeseeablefaults,malfunctionsormisuse(seeclauses4and5).ThisEuropeanstandardappliesto:Machineryandequipmentusedforthemanufacturingofmetalcoldrolledflatproductsfromthematerialentrystation(1),throughtheformingstations(2),totheexit(3)(seeFigure1).ThefollowinqequipmentisoutsidethescopeofthisEuropeanStandard:--furnacesinaccordancewithEN746-1,EN746-2andEN746-3;--picklingplantsaccordingtoEN15061;--stripprocessinglinesaccordingtoEN15061;--abrasiveblastingplantsaccordingtoEN1248;--rollshopequipment;--hookconveyorsaccordingtoEN619;--storageequipment(e.g.,high-baywarehouses);--cranes,forklifts,trucksandrailwaytrucksandothervehicles.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletocoldrollingmillsforflatproducts,manufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.
