【摘要】:ThispartofEN12312dealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimizethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,theoperationandthemaintenanceofpassengerstairswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorizedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomerequirementsrecognizedasessentialbythehealthandsafetyauthorities,aircraftandvehiclemanufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.Thisstandardappliesto:—self-propelledstairswithseateddriver(seeannexA);—pedestriancontrolledstairs;—towablestairsequippedwithpoweredmeans,e.g.forheightadjustment,stabilizers(seeannexA);—automaticlevellingsystemsofstairs;forembarking/disembarkingofpassengers.NOTE1Poweredshouldbealsounderstoodasmanualeffortstoredinspringsorhydraulicaccumulators,etc.,thedangerousactionofwhichcanbeproducedorcancontinueafterthemanualefforthasceasedordirectlyappliedmanualeffortforliftingorloweringloads.NOTE2Thoseclausesofthisstandardthatcanapplymayalsobeusedasaguidelineforthedesignoftowablestairswithoutpoweredmeans.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytopneumaticsystems.Thisstandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsforhazardscausedbynoiseandvibration.ThispartofEN12312isnotapplicabletopassengerstairsthataremanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationbyCENofthisstandard.
