【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardappliesforcuttingmachinesforlaminatedglassincludingthefollowingsteps:transportandpositioning,synchronouscutting(scoring)frombothsides,break-out,electricalheatingandseparation.1.2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttocuttingmachinesforlaminatedglasswhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditonsforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Thosehazards,whicharedealtwithinthead-hocstandardEN619forconveyorsareexcepted.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreduceriskswhichcanarisefromthesesignificanthazardsduringcommissioning,theoperationandmaintenance.Hazardsfromniosearenotconsideredtobesignificant.1.3ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletocutting(scoring)andbreak-outofmonolithoicglass(seeEN13035-3andEN13035-6).1.4ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletothecuttingoflaminatedglassbysawingorbytheuseofhigh-pressureliquid.1.5ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletothesignificanthazardsofconveyorsandmachinesforthemanufacture,treatmentandprocessingofflatglasssuchastiltingtables.1.6ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletocuttingmachinesforlaminatedglasswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
